We all know you are a great kid so you don't have to worry. But what do you think of schools bringing back the paddle? The paddle is a flat piece of wood with a handle that was used to 'spank' children who broke rules in class. It was banned for years and years, but I read a news article that it has been voted back in one Florida district so far. Hold your backside and what happens next? Do you think this is a good or bad idea? I"d love to hear your answers.
When is it right to tell on another kid? What is the difference between "telling", "tattle tales" and "ratting". What new words are used today by kids for telling on another? Why do so many kids not report when they see someone being bothered by another kid? Whose fault is it? What can we do about it?
